WorkpaperOS Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship for every workforce

Account-based apprenticeship workspace

Create the organization admin account first. Then invite mentors, program admins, and apprentices into their own role-specific accounts.

The company owns the apprenticeship workspace. Each person signs in with their own email and password, and the app only opens the tools that match their role and mentor/apprentice assignments.

Organization admin owns access

The creator controls workspace setup, role assignment, invitations, and mentor-to-apprentice assignment.

Invite-based accounts

Mentors, program admins, IT admins, and apprentices accept an invite, set a password, and sign in separately.

Role-specific tools

Program admins manage programs and reporting; mentors coach assigned apprentices; apprentices log work and courses.

Assignment-aware records

Mentors see only assigned apprentices while apprentices see only their own OJL, tasks, evaluations, and progress.
